it finally happened. we did it. the curls are gone.

i don't even think he looks like the same kid. it took me a week before i stopped doing double takes every time i saw him. everyone thinks he looks more like tate now. that may be true, but i think he looks more like his cousin than he does his own brother. weird.

amanda, those curls are about the cutest thing i've ever seen! he looks so grown up with the cut. i bet it was hard to cut those curls... but so cute both ways
Seriously, I see it too! That picture of him in the sink looks like a blonde little Kaden. He makes me hungry for a little boy! How stink'n cute! His curls really were to die for! But I'm with you on the maintainance...what ever is easiest. Keep it as easy as you can while you don't have girls to worry about cuz once they come you can tack on some extra time to get anywhere!
I bet that was tough!! What cute boys!! You just need to have a girl now and hopefully let some curls grow!!

i just showed the kids these pictures, they loved them. they want you to come home so they can play with their cousins!
I LOVE that top photo! What beautiful boys! You are brave to cut off those curls. I think I would cry... but that's maybe just because my kids will NEVER have hair like that! It's lucky if they even get hair before the age of two! I think I'm just jealous!

Hey Amanda, I found your blog through Julie's I hope you don't mind! Your family is just the adorable- I knew you would have the cutest kids! I would die for my daughter to have curls like that, but her hair is straighter than straight. I'm glad that you guys are doing good, it is so nice to be able to see what everyone is up to!
